Jon's all-time jounrey

Within a six-block area in Scranton PA, Jon had four grandparents, patents, a grade school and more. Two grandmothers living next door to one another, lived over 100 years each. The prevailing attitude was doing well for oneself and ones' children. Jon was given deep roots into fairness, civil rights and family at an early age.

 A defining element of the first juncture of Jon's career was his work on behalf of youth. Jon developed nationally recognized models of youth programs oriented towards training and employment for diverse youth. 

As a City Councilor in Cambridge, MAA during the 90's Jon led efforts to resolve historic impasses among MIT, the community and the City of Cambridge. At the time Jon decided to move on, the Mayor stated that: "you sought only to make the world a better place--" A spirit exponentially expanded today.

Due to circumstances beyond his control. an unfathomable dynamic formed around Jon's life. Through this Jon studied and discovered flaws in our cherished American legal system. There is vast unfairness in our court system around divorce and family. 

One of the defining elements in Jon's life was studying the intricacy of emotional abuse. How some people, regardless of their societal level, can attach themselves to others and attempt to cause harm. .

In 2003 Jon incorporated his company Calm Interventions Inc. as a vehicle for mediation, coaching, and training. Specifically, this work was a response to the gaps in fairness for families and others in dealing with challenges. Jon saw it as a great calling for him to immerse himself in the collective psychology that led to breakdowns in American courts, and the entire rise of emotionally abusive and hurtful behavior.

Around 2009, the extremity and irrational hostility around Jon's life was so extreme that in equal and opposite fashion, it just kept pushing Jon, to greater heights. This drive was underscored by Jon's commitment to fairness and integrity. Jon took on the role of the World's Best Mediator to further his work and advance the cause of mediation, and humanity in our courts. 

Over the past twenty years, Jon has worked on appropriate legal understandings and responses to emotional/psychological abuse. It is not understood how severe the effects of such behavior can be. Jon has uplifted an understanding of the Tort for the Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress, and how prescient a tool it is. 

In evolving the nature of true strength and success, Jon has developed the idea of Societal Champion. A Societal Champion is a company, family or individual that is dedicated to their success and the of the world. True winners, whenever possible, create win-win situations.
